We are Andrea and Brian Seymour – the husband and wife team behind Springdale Custom Builders.
Our process is designed around streamlined simplicity: clear, collaborative, and highly personalized for each individual client.

We begin by listening - to your ideas, your needs, and the way you envision living in your home. From there, we craft and curate the home of your dreams, through years of expertise and lived experience in our industry, and thoughtful planning and partnership with our clients, our team, our subcontractor and vendor partners - each playing a key role in the success of our award winning work.
From concept to completion, our role is to guide you through the process, anticipate and mitigate potential challenges, and make sure your experience is as exceptional as the home we build for you.
Founding Partner, CEO & Principal Designer
As a Co-Founder of Springdale Custom Builders and native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Andrea oversees Design, Sales, Marketing and Operations. She has had the opportunity to live in four countries (Scotland, Denmark, Norway, & the US of course!). A graduate of Western Michigan University with a B.S. degree, and minors in both Sociology and Business. Andrea's education and life experiences have helped to shape her passion for people, great work, and understanding of the beauty of things - building and designing the homes of people's dreams are no exception. Building a team with the utmost integrity, rooted in strong core values is vital in making Springdale Custom Builders a key player in the Custom Building industry in Charlotte, NC and beyond. Andrea also proudly serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Foster Village Charlotte, and is an active part of the following organizations: The Tory Burch Foundation, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, and The Women's Presidents Organization.

Brian is the Co-Founder of Springdale Custom Builders. He is an Unlimited NC & SC Licensed General Contractor and is a North Carolina Real Estate Broker. He oversees all aspects of building operations, pre-construction, innovation and finance. His interest in building started in single family construction at a young age which grew into gaining experience in commercial and mixed-use/multi-family construction later on. In 2016 he founded Springdale Custom Builders, fulfilling a life's goal. With a Construction Management degree from Georgia Southern University, a North Carolina real estate license & NASCLA qualifier for 13 states, Brian is proud to work with an amazing team that is continuing to grow Springdale.

Joe Osborne
Dawson Smith
SENIOR Project Manager
A native of Augusta, Georgia, and a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a B. S degree in Construction Management. Joe found his passion for construction. With years of experience in construction, Joe is still writing his story to become the best builder he can be!
Assistant Project Manager
Dawson has been in construction for about eight years. He has a background in remodeling management/consulting, as well as various "hands on" technical skills. Dawson pursued Springdale with aspirations to learn our process of custom building! In the field, Dawson supports our project managers with daily tasks, and makes contact with tradesmen and team members to help them stay on schedule and minimize incongruity between their work. When he is not on our job sites, you can find him participating in snowboarding, running, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Olivia Worsham
Marketing & Operations Manager
Olivia, a North Carolina native and graduate of UNC Charlotte, combines her marketing degree and construction experience to support both the creative and operational sides of Springdale. Olivia loves helping create a seamless client experience - ensuring every detail, from brand strategy to day-to-day operations, supports our clients’ vision. When she’s not in the office, you can find her hooked on a good mystery novel, rewatching her favorite Disney movies, or exploring the Queen City.
Travis Pratt
Construction Operations Coordinator
Travis is a Houston, Texas native and a graduate of Baylor University, where he earned a degree in Business. His passion for building began early, shaped by years of hands-on experience in his family’s construction business. Outside of work, Travis enjoys skiing in the winter, trying new restaurants on the weekends, and hiking with his wife and their two dogs.
Leah Denham
Interior Design Intern
Leah is a North Carolina native and will be graduating from CPCC in May with her degree in Interior Design. With a lifelong passion for construction and design - and having grown up in the construction world - she is excited to bring her creativity, technical skill, and industry experience to the team. Outside of work, Leah enjoys art endeavors , going for runs and walks, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Nick Nolen
Project Manager
Nick brings valuable experience in custom home building, using his field expertise to help bring our clients’ visions to life. He enjoys being part of every step of the construction process - from the first dig to the final details. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and tackling home projects of his own!
Andrea Seymour serves on the Advisory Board of Foster Village Charlotte and works as a volunteer with the organization, assisting with anything from event sponsorship and support to delivering welcome packs to foster families taking in foster children. In addition to this, Springdale was proud to facilitate the uplift of the original FVC headquarters and support the organization as a donor.
We have partnered with Foster Village Charlotte because we are passionate about supporting the local families who are opening their homes and lives for children in times of crisis.
