Step 1: Project Overview Call + Site Visit

It all begins with an initial project overview call to discuss the objectives of your project. From there we can schedule a site visit & determine next steps together. Inquire today to get started!

Step 2: Plan Development

We believe a solid plan is the backbone of any successful build. We’ll work with you to define the project, clarify design preferences, and focus on how your space will function. By creating a detailed scope of work, we lay the foundation for a smooth, efficient project.

Step 3: Estimate

We take pride in the toughness & accuracy of our estimating. We are going to ask a lot of questions about your project; clarifying finish levels, educating on building, looking into site logistics, weighing pros/cons with you, and diving into the functionality of your home. Putting together a precise scope of work with a detailed overview of costs sets the tone for a successful project.

Step 4: Custom Project Design 

Our design team collects key information to grasp your project's goals and preferences, ensuring every detail reflects your style and budget. We curate a cohesive design plan, from materials to layout, and present options to you in person, focusing on bringing your dream home to life with thoughtful design.

Step 5: Pre-Construction

Upon completion of the estimating/ planning phase and approving the project proposal, we enter into the pre-construction phase. The Pre-Construction phase is where we finalize design & make critical selections for the project.

Step 6: Construction + Craftsmanship

Our clients will receive a unique login to access their project portal to keep up with all aspects of the project including selections, schedule, invoicing, photos and updates. Progress reports are sent weekly. Invoices are sent as work is completed throughout the project.

Step 7: Move Into Your Dream Home

Upon project completion, a final walkthrough is scheduled with homeowners. Punch list items are completed and the final invoice is sent for payment.

We recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months in advance. This allows the proper amount of time to plan for permitting, pre-construction logistics, and design decisions. The more complex the project, the more lead time we advise to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

What are your budget requirements?

Our expansive full-home renovation projects typically start at $750k+. Our custom new builds and spec homes typically start at $1.3+ million.

Our focus is on projects that require a high level of craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and architectural integrity. Kindly Note - we do not take on kitchen or bath remodels, partial renovations, or cosmetic refreshes. Our strength lies in building from the ground up—or reimagining a full home.
